Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®)
Objectives
The Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) certification course prepares the student to demonstrate proficiency in the PMI-PBA® exam as well as in the field of Business Analysis.
Description
Students will be taken through training in assessing customer needs, soliciting requirements, analyzing requirements as well the management of change and communication of requirements to stakeholders. Class delivery will include lecture and practical application of material with daily exam preparation drills to familiarize the student with the PMI-PBA® test environment.
